TYPE:
The Tulbagh is a semi-hard cheese, slightly ressed and salt brined. We use Herbs de Provance, and release the cheese
fairly young.
ORIGIN:
This cheese is our own creation though it is based on a Gouda recipe.
TASTE & USE:
This cheese tastes mild and herby; it would be perfect cut into cubes and served at the cocktail hour.
SERVING & WINE RECOMMENDATION:
Ideal accompanied with a cool glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
SIZE:
A whole round usually weighs 2.2 – 2.8 Kg and you may order this cheese whole or in vacuum packed retail size wedges.
