TYPE:
The Assortment Pack gives you the opportunity to sample all the various cheeses we make.

STORAGE:
We make sure that all the cheeses are ripe and ready to eat, though refrigerated the hard cheeses easily will last 2 months. Open packages should be kept in an airtight box in the fridge and are best consumed within a week.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION:
Make sure to serve cheese at room temperature so that they can develop their full aroma.

SIZE:
We assemble 5Kg of cheese and may include a seasonal cheese. The individual pieces are retail size wedges of about 200gsm and are vacuum packed.
